Dallas-based Celestial Beerworks has introduced “Fred Thirst,” a West Coast-style IPA playfully referencing Limp Bizkit’s frontman, Fred Durst. This 7% ABV beer is brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops, known for imparting citrus and tropical fruit notes.

While not officially endorsed by Durst, the beer’s branding features a cartoon likeness reminiscent of the musician, adding a nostalgic touch for fans of the late ’90s and early 2000s nu-metal scene. Limp Bizkit, with hits like “Nookie” and “Break Stuff,” was a prominent figure during that era.

“Fred Thirst” is available in 16oz cans, with a 4-pack priced at $17.99, though prices may vary by location. Craft beer enthusiasts can purchase it directly from Celestial Beerworks’ taproom in Dallas or through their online store.
